Albert Flootman is a Development Planner with the Municipality of Chatham-Kent.
Albert Flootman holds a bachelor of environmental studies degree (urban and regional planning) from the University of Waterloo, and a master of public administration degree from the University of Western Ontario. He is a full member of the Canadian Institute of Planners and accredited as a registered professional planner in the province of Alberta. He is also an associate member of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants.
